What Can Be Reported?
  • A criminal offence, including bribery, corruption, fraud, misuse of office or breach of government regulations/laws.

  • Breach of any legal obligation, statutes and regulatory directives.

  • Insider abuse; happens when employees with special access and insider knowledge use their privileges to manipulate or bypass security controls for their own benefit, harming the company in the process.

  • Endangering of health and safety.

  • Unethical practice in accounting, internal accounting controls, financial reporting and auditing matters.

  • Conduct contrary to NGAO Credit Limited ethical principles and guidelines;

  • The cover up of any of the above

What Happens when I File a Report?
Once the report is received, it will be assessed and where necessary, an investigation will be launched. A report on the findings will be presented and the appropriate action will be taken.
Is my confidentiality as a whistleblower guaranteed?
All reports will be treated in confidence and every effort made to protect the identity of the whistleblower. Whilst making all reasonable effort to maintain the confidentiality of the matter as a whole, at a certain stage in the investigation, it may be necessary to make the origin of the complaint known to the person or persons the allegations relate to. This will be discussed with you, the whistleblower.
